Short term rental hosts needed a way to coordinate cleaners between guest stays, including scheduling, task tracking and integration with an existing property management platform.

Built in Flutter for cross platform reach, the app handles cleaner scheduling, task lists, invitation and review workflows, paired with a companion React web dashboard and Django backend for hosts.
03The result
A published Flutter app on Google Play that keeps cleaners and hosts in sync between bookings, backed by a working host facing dashboard.
