Terms of service

Last updated August 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and outline how paid engagements with Bridso work.

Use of this website

This website describes Bridso's services, portfolio and engagement models. Content is provided for general information and is not a binding offer. Submitting the contact form does not create a contractual relationship; it starts a conversation about a possible engagement.

Engagements

Project scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or contract) before any billable work begins. Figures shown on the pricing page are illustrative starting points, not binding quotes, and final pricing depends on the specifics discussed during discovery.

Ownership and intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code, design assets and documentation produced specifically for a client project transfer to that client upon final payment, as detailed in the applicable project agreement. Bridso retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries and know-how used to deliver the work, and may reuse general skills, techniques and non-confidential learnings on future projects.

Case studies published on this website describe work Bridso has delivered. Client names, confidential business details and proprietary source code are shared only where permitted by the relevant client agreement.

Third party services and dependencies

Delivered products may rely on third party platforms, libraries or infrastructure (for example, app stores, cloud providers or payment processors). Bridso is not responsible for the availability, pricing or policy changes of third party services outside its control, and will communicate any material impact on a project promptly.

Warranty and liability

Bridso delivers work using reasonable professional skill and care. Except where stated in a signed project agreement, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bridso's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.

Governing terms

Where a signed project agreement exists between Bridso and a client, the terms of that agreement take precedence over this page for the engagement it covers. These general terms apply to use of the website itself and to any matters a specific agreement does not address.
