Games Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what data BridSO ("we", "us") and the services built into our mobile games collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the games listed below on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Games covered

  • Kingdom Brawlers

If you have a question, email abdul@bridso.com.

1. The short version

  • You don't need an account to play. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or photos.
  • Your game progress is saved on your device.
  • The games show ads and use Google Firebase to measure play and fix crashes. These services use your device's advertising ID and basic device information.
  • Where the law requires it, the game asks your permission before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice later in the game's Settings.
  • On first launch the game asks your age. Players who say they are under 13 only get child-safe ads that are not personalised.

2. What we collect

You give us

  • Your age group (0–12, 13–15 or 16+), picked on first launch. It stays on your device and decides which ad and privacy settings apply to you.
  • Emails you send us, for example from the Feedback button. A feedback email includes the game version, device model, operating system and player level, so we can look into the problem. You can see and edit this before sending.

Collected automatically by the game and its services

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version.
  • Identifiers: the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where allowed), the Firebase app instance ID, and similar IDs used by the ad networks.
  • Approximate location: country and region, worked out from your IP address. We don't use GPS or precise location.
  • Gameplay events: for example levels started and finished, session length, rewards earned, and which ads were shown or watched.
  • Crash and performance logs: what the game was doing when it crashed, and device state.
  • Purchase records: what you bought in the game and whether the purchase went through. Google Play or the App Store handles the payment. We never see your card or bank details.

What we don't collect: contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, precise location, messages, or any login.

3. Why we use it

  • To run the game, save progress and deliver purchases.
  • To find and fix crashes and bugs.
  • To understand how the game is played so we can improve levels, difficulty and features.
  • To show ads, keep them relevant (only where you have allowed it), limit how often they appear, and measure their results.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, such as fake purchases or invalid ad clicks.
  • To answer your messages.

Where EU/UK law applies, we rely on: your consent for personalised ads and the related ad storage; our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, secure and improving (crash logs, gameplay statistics); and performance of a contract for delivering purchases.

4. Third-party services

These companies process data under their own privacy policies:

We don't sell your personal information for money. Ad partners may use your advertising ID to show personalised ads, which some US state laws call "sharing". Section 6 explains how to turn that off.

5. Ads and your consent

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any ads load, the game shows Google's consent message. You can accept, reject, or choose by purpose. If you reject, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalised.
  • US states with privacy laws: where required, the game shows a message where you can opt out of personalised ads.
  • Changing your choice: where the law requires it, a Privacy choices button appears in the game's Settings. Tap it at any time to change your answer.
  • Removing ads: buying "Remove Ads" in the shop turns off banner and pop-up ads. Rewarded ads you choose to watch stay available.

6. Your choices

  • Advertising ID: on Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads to reset or delete it. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Personalised ads: use the Privacy choices button in the game, or reject them in the consent message.
  • Stop all collection: uninstall the game. Collection stops right away.
  • Offline play: the game works without internet. While offline no ads load. Crash and gameplay data may be stored on the phone and sent once you're online again.

7. Children

Our games are made for a general audience. Because younger players may still find them, every game asks for age on first launch, without a default answer and before any ads or consent messages. If a player picks 0–12:

  • Ads are requested as child-directed (COPPA) and limited to content rated suitable for children.
  • No personalised ads, and ad personalisation in Firebase is switched off.
  • No targeted special offers are shown.
  • Crash reports and basic gameplay statistics are still collected, only to keep the game working and improve it.

Players who pick 13–15 are treated as under the age of digital consent: ads are limited to teen-suitable content and the consent rules for minors apply.

If you are a parent and think your child has given us personal information, email abdul@bridso.com and we will delete what we hold.

8. How long we keep data

  • Game progress: on your device until you delete the game or clear its data.
  • Gameplay statistics (Firebase Analytics): up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Crash reports (Crashlytics): about 90 days.
  • Emails to us: as long as needed to help you, then deleted within 12 months.
  • Ad networks and store providers keep data according to their own policies (see section 4).

9. Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, object to how it's used, or withdraw consent.

You don't have an account with us, so most data is tied only to random device IDs. To make a request, email abdul@bridso.com with the game name and your device model. We reply within 30 days. To delete your progress, uninstall the game or clear its data in your phone's settings. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security and international transfers

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your save file is encrypted on your device. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They protect it with standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as we can.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update this page and the "Last updated" date. If the change is significant, we'll also mention it in the game's update notes.
